Delivery

Once your order has been confirmed and payment successfully completed, we will begin processing it promptly. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 working hours of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note that processing times may vary slightly during busy periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

UK Deliveries

We offer free delivery within the UK on all orders. Our preferred delivery method is Royal Mail 2nd Class, unless stated otherwise. While Royal Mail estimates this service to take 3–5 working days, in our experience, most customers receive their order within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of receiving your dispatch notification, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement to be sent.

Next Day Delivery (UK Only)

If an option for Next Day Delivery is available, it will be sent via Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked. Please note that, due to our working hours, all orders are processed after 6:30 PM and dispatched the following working day. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
