Refunds
We do not offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged due to delivery. In such cases, we are happy to provide a replacement. To qualify, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and provide photo evidence of the damage.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted if the product is unused, in its original condition, and the customer contacts us within 7 daysof receiving the order. To request an exchange, please email us at [Your Email Address] with your order number and details.
